A lot of the times in transitioning, humanitarians face the first and second failures and feel disappointed, frustrated and dont wish to continue.
This becomes a mood-dependent journey where we keep waiting for the mood to be ‘right’ to keep going vs
keep going because this is what we want to do long term.
Therefore, in this episode, i wanted to bring a solution that is not mood-dependent but identity-dependent.
