Complaintfree.life LLC

Please read this agreement carefully between the Company, the Complaintfree.life LLC and you.

Who we are

I am a life coach offering services of coaching individually and in a group setting. My coaching practice is registered in the US in the following address with this legal entity name: Complaintfree.life LLC, registered under: 19 W 34th ST STE 1018 New York, NY 10001 USA.

Individual coaching package offers one-on-one coaching with each individual client for the period of 1 (one) year at the cost of 8 000 USD (last updated on 14 June 2025).

Group coaching program that i offer is for individuals who wish to do this coaching journey in a group setting, with lifetime of access to the program and at the cost of 2 000 USD payable in one or several installments.

The payments are accepted in USD only. Invoices are issued through the bank of Mercury or Stripe accounts.

Refund and cancellation policy

For individual coaching, if you dont achieve the agreed outcomes set in the beginning of the coaching journey, you have the right for partial refund of 50% of the initial payment.

For group coaching, there is no refund policy for accessing lifetime of access to coaching.

If you choose to cancel your participation in this coaching process, you need to provide written notice via the email: asel@complaintfree.life.

Personal responsibility, assumption of risks, releases, disclaimers

The Program and Content provide information and education only, and do not provide any financial, legal, medical, or psychological services or advice. None of the Program or Content prevents, cures, or treats any mental or medical condition.  The Program and Content are not intended to be a substitute for professional advice that can be provided by your own accountant, lawyer, financial advisor, or medical professional.  You are responsible for your own financial, legal, physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results. You should consult with a professional if you have specific questions about your own unique situation. The Company disclaims any liability for your reliance on any opinions or advice contained in the Program.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

We dont share your data with anyone.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data

Security for all personally identifiable information is extremely important to the Company. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that there is an inherent risk in all forms of electronic communication, and communications between you and the Company may be unlawfully intercepted by third parties not under our control. The Company does not guarantee the security of any information transmitted via the Internet, telephone, video conference, or other electronic media. Any efforts you undertake to communicate with the Company are done at your own risk.

By clicking on the box when signing up for the Program, you are providing the electronic equivalent of your signature and assert that you have read, understood, and agreed to this entire document.  If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not purchase or use the Program or Content.
